prides itself in the fact that 95% of all orders placed are completely
fulfilled and
shipped out within 24 business hours from when they are submitted. If a
particular item is out-of-stock, the
online shopping cart system will notify you and ask you to place another
selection. However, there are
rare cases when a particular item is out-of-stock, but the online
shopping cart system still allows you to
continue on with the transaction. If this happens, we will NOT hold up
your entire order to wait for the
particular item to come in. The rest of your order will be fulfilled and
shipped out within 24 hours, along
with a note indicating that one of your selections is on backorder. As
soon as the backordered item is
received by us, it will be sent directly to you via First Class/Priority
Mail. You will NOT pay for any
additional shipping & handling.

Return / Exchange Policy
NuMixTapes.com,
want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with every order.
However, because of
the ease in which media is duplicated, we cannot allow refunds on sales
of any CD's or any other
merchandise distributed on the site.
If you receive a defective item, send us an email at
sales@numixtapes.com
[please put "RE: DEFECTIVE" in
the subject line] to notify us that you will be sending the item back.
Please note your order # (can be
found on your invoice, a 5-digit # after "2for10-") in the e-mail along
with your name, address, defective
CD, and what in particular was misplaying on the particular CD.
At that point, return the defective item to the following address:

SEND PLASTIC JEWEL
CASE) in standard envelope
Upon receipt of the defective item, NuMixTapes.com will re-send you
